Robert Stillman
Robert Stillman has been in the real estate business since 1982, starting with land development and property sales with Weber Realty based in Old Bridge, NJ. During his 16 years with the company, Robert was involved in, and oversaw, the renovation of multi-unit buildings, single-family dwellings, commercial office complexes, and the development of multiple properties on subdivided lots.
In 1998, Robert moved into private real estate investing, building a $3.8 million dollar portfolio of single-family residential properties through leverage and creative acquisition strategies. Many of these tenant-occupied properties are still in the portfolio which he self manages.
Robert saw an opportunity to turn his knowledge in bricks and mortar real estate and managing tenants, to working out defaulted mortgages. He initially focused on acquiring Second-Position Non-Performing Notes, managing over 1.2 million dollars of UPB. Currently, Robert is focusing on the management of 1.8 million dollars of UPB in Senior non-performing notes through theories and methods he has tested, and processes which have proven to work very well.
Adam Lerman
Adam Lerman maintains a Pennsylvania Realtor’s license and has been in the real estate business since 2006. For the past two years, he has helped manage dozens of non-performing residential notes totaling in the millions of dollars of unpaid balance, and has worked to achieve solid financial returns on each. This has included performing extensive due diligence and research, and working with homeowners, government agencies, and various third-parties from beginning to end.
Prior to this, Adam has held multiple customer-service related positions and, because of his experience, he is proficient at working with people of varying income levels and mental and emotional capacities. This translates well when working with homeowners in default who are not happy being in the precarious situation they are in, and Adam develops a trusting, friendly relationship with the clients in order to return them to the performing status. Additionally, Adam has also received a master’s degree and has held varying positions in the computer field, which makes him proficient in the technologies needed to be successful in the note business.
